This place is huge and has so much stuff to do if your just sitting waiting for house. They also have so many different sections in here which i think is great because its not like you have to sit and wait for service desk they just have their own section. Or the sales agents have their own area as well. They also have a waterfall right in the middle and a little movie room for the kids with some snacks. I am highly impressed!

While it would have been nice to have this conversation when we first returned with the issues, he apologized and acknowledged that mistakes were made. We appreciated that attempts were made to hear us out as this was what we wanted in the first place. He did his best to give us something and though it wasn't a perfect fix, we appreciated the effort. I am still not sure if I would recommend buying a car here as the experience was quite stressful. However, if they do improve training and address some of the issues as they promised, there is potential for a more positive buying experience. Thank you Cory for demonstrating that you do care about the situation and that the experience we had is not how you are trying to run this business. This dealership is deceitful, misleading, and holds themselves to an incredibly low standard. They did not disclose open recalls to us and lied about one of them being resolved. They claim their pre-certified cars go through a comprehensive 139 point inspection and yet we found something broken on the car immediately upon purchase. One can only wonder what bigger issues are being covered up when buying one of these certified cars. It clearly means absolutely nothing. Beware when looking at a description sheet provided by the salesperson as they are inaccurate and the salesperson likely has no idea what features the car does and doesn't have. This dealership will lose no sleep over putting your family at risk (because of undisclosed open recalls and likely because of preexisting conditions they are not being transparent about). They make no effort to make things right or apologize for making mistakes. In fact Cory Skeen was too busy and refused to speak with us when we came in to address these numerous issues and seek a resolution. We simply had to take whatever pathetic excuse for resolution they offered and were given no apology. This simply means they could care less about the customer, their reputation, and human decency. Please beware when visiting this dealership. It's reprehensible that their website claims they hold family values, care about the customer, and seek to provide a professional experience. Shopping there will likely result in the exact opposite. Whatever stereotypical assumption comes to mind when you think of car sales - it is 100% true when it comes to Corwin Ford. There is no end to the negative things I can say about this establishment and they should be embarrassed by their service to the Reno community. In addition, Ford should be embarrassed that they are representing their namesake in such a deplorable manner. If Cory Skeen decides he would like to make things right and salvage whatever shred of respect he might have left, he is more than welcome to reach out to me and explain why he is managing this dealership in such an unethical manner.

I was looking to buy a small truck and I was heading to Carmax to trade my old car for a Maverick but I decided to go to Corwin Reno and I am so happy I did. I got to meet Alexander Carroll. He greet me with a big smile and professionalism. Asked me about my self and what I was looking for. He didn't make me feel like I was just another sale. He took his time to show me the truck that I was looking for and we went to test drive a 2025 Maverick XLT and I fell in love with the truck. Today I made the decision to sell my car and called around to several delerships getting very rude individuals on the phone. The reason I chose this ford is because I spoke with Maurice who was nice right from the start. I walked out getting a fare price for my car and Maurice made the whole thing easy and he was very friendly and professional.

Wade was great. He knew what we were looking for and there was no pressure from him.

Horrible ongoing experience with the service department and management won’t call us back. We are considering alternative action to resolve this situation, but in the meantime we are at a loss and would definitely not recommend purchase of service of a vehicle at Corwin Ford Reno.

Tuesday Leo called me, said there was another family interested in buying the Yukon, they know about the ( battery problems) and they were approved without having to put anything down. His demeanor and the way that he talked to me and tried to bully me into putting a deposit down on a vehicle that was having battery problems is not okay. I then gave my husband the phone and he and Leo went back and forth. Leo then texted me 20 minutes after getting off the phone with my husband. And said I will have Mario contact you with an update on the Yukon. So now Wednesday comes around, I had to reach out to Mario to even see what was going on. Come to find out it was more than the battery and it had to be pulled into the shop for longer than they thought and it can no longer be sold as of now. No apology know nothing.

Sadly he wasn't able to be there for the test drive and after, so he had Jeremy S. come and help. Jeremy was so great to work with he quickly became uncle Jeremy to our kids. All the employees at the store were so nice and answered any questions that we had. Another employee that went above and beyond was Robert Minjares. Robert from the time we showed up made sure to say hello to our kids whenever he would pass us. At one point during the appointment the truck that had our son's carseat was driven to the back I forgot about the carseat and quickly started panicking. Robert saw that and told me he would go find the truck and get the car seat for me. I was worried because carseats can be tricky and he reassured me that he could do it as he had kids himself. He walked their whole 16 acre (I think) property and couldn't find the truck because the other guy was bringing it back to the front again because he failed to get out the carseat himself. When it came back I tried to get the carseat out and it was stuck. Robert Jumped in and got it out for me. I literally couldn't have done it without him. Then he carried it to our other truck for me. Anthony, Jeremy, and Robert are your go to guys at the dealership. Wouldn't recommend anyone else and would use either of those 3 for any future transactions and for any friends or family that goes to Corwin as well. The only reason that it is at 4 stars isn't cause of the sales team at all. It's more with the service dept. The truck we got was a used vehicle, We saw it online came in for a test drive and wanted the truck. We were told that it was scheduled for service the next day since it was a trade in (standard and completely understandable). When we said something to finance they kinda snickered and said yeah it won't be tomorrow there are 60 people just like you waiting. I thought it was weird but blew it off cause we were told there was an appointment that was pre set up. The next day rolls around and we don't hear anything so we reach out to the sales team and they are just as confused as us because they thought it had an appointment as well and they noticed it hadn't gone back at all. They did tell us that normally it's a 7-10 day window they like to give people when there isn't normally an appointment. They tried to follow up the next morning but because of the holiday they are closed. The sales team reached out and let me know that they are so sorry and that on Monday they would again try to get some answers. I feel like if the vehicle isn't 100% ready to be sold on that day that they shouldn't advertise it. No one wants to spend thousands of dollars just to wait a week or so for their new vehicle. Again the sales team made my experience 5 stars its just the service part and having to wait for my new vehicle that lowers my rating.

wesley did an amazing job, this was my first EV purchase and it was very great. i will come back and recommend my family and friends to shop here. no haggle and no secret fees. he was very patient with me and made this a pleasant experience. i can see him managing the dealership.

Every 6 months or so he checks in with me to make sure I’m still happy with my Honda CRV and there are no issues. PS: I am very picky about doing reviews, good or bad, but I just had to share this with the community.

We made an offer on a F250 in Dixon CA on the way home to Fallon NV. My wife got on line and found the truck in Reno NV that she and I wanted. The next thing I knew, I was driving home in a new f350. Thanks for the deal and ending the search for the truck we wanted.

The factor that 100% swayed me was the performance of Corwin's sales team. Quest, Tyler, and Andrew were awesome. Quest was by far the most knowledgeable and competent when it came to my tough questions. I am a knowledgeable buyer and needed specific answers to questions like: "How is this F150 rated to pull 13,500lbs with only a 3.55 or 3.21 rear end gear ratio? That's unheard of, all the other vehicles in this towing class have 3.73 minimum and normally closer to 3.92." My salesman's product training allowed him to discuss the 10 speed transmission improvements along with lighter frame along with other technology that likely contribute to this truck's improved towing. When I returned home to do more research, I discovered that he was spot on and this swayed me back toward the F150, away from the RAM and GMC. Additionally, Tyler, when I returned to buy the F150, and Andrew, sales manager, were excellent. No pressure, just competent and helpful action. Specifically, I am grateful that they honored the arrangements that we made as part of the purchase contract- dealer cost on a couple extremely costly accessories, and assistance with switching out tires from my trade in. Over all, this is my best new vehicle purchase spanning 34 years and 9 new vehicles.

Immediately brought me peace when explaining each car in grave detail but I was blown away when he explained the f150 power boost could give me more than I could desire, he explained I could have raw power from a v6 and high amounts of torque not to mention the size of the cabin, and how much more practical this truck was for everyday use. If I could rate them a zero, I would. We bought a brand new 2022 Expedition in July 2022 from Corwin Ford Reno. We also purchased a platinum warranty coverage on this vehicle which is 10 years or 100000 miles. The car has a recall on the brake lines, the transmission revs randomly without putting on the gas, it goes into reverse on its own from time to time, and the AC in the rear has gone out and is blowing hot air everywhere. All of this is covered under warranty, but they are not willing to do anything about it. They are also saying it is months out for the transmission to even be looked at. They are unwilling to give a loner vehicle / rental vehicle out for the time being and claim this program no longer exists, even though our warranty has this included with it. They had no issue though asking us if we wanted to spend $2500 for preventative maintenance on the vehicle along with topping off fluids. This is our only vehicle and it is used for transportation for 4 young kids, Corwin is the absolute worst and we will never buy a car from them again!

Roberto is extremely helpful and takes his work very seriously. He is one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met and he really put in his best effort to close the deal. He made sure I got the best deal possible, and because of that, he has definitely gained a loyal customer.

Picked up some fuel lines. Nice bathroom. Missing a star cause my boss complained about how they weren't going to let me pick up the part after I drove all the way out there. But didn't even give me a question. Didn't know there'd be a problem till I called him and said I got it. I'd of been passed if I drove out there for nothing.

Just had the mobile team come out and change my oil and check a potential recall. 10/10 service. The guys were prompt, polite, and so kind to my kids who were fascinated by their equipment. Such a game changer to not have to bring a bunch of kids down to the dealership for service!

Jairo Ramirez, Ford Service Advisor, helped me out of a bind. My 2011 Fird Flex had a oil drain plug that was stripped by Grease Monkey and leaking. Jairo went to work immediately and got the problem fixed by having the area tapped and a new bolt with a new nylon crushed washer placed in the damaged area. No more leak and no more chance of a disaster on our long road trip. Thx Jairo, Dave Rodrick

If you are not from the area be ready for the price of an oil change. Expensive compared to the Midwest. Nice looking dealership but less than 10 minutes after they took the truck i was getting text messages asking me trade my truck in.

1000/10 recommend asking for Carson if you’re going to Crowin. He was so knowledgeable and patient, he was able to answer all of my many questions, and steered me to the perfect car for me. I came into Corwin having a small idea of what I wanted and Carson was able find a car that had all of my wants and needs. Thank you Carson, you’re the best!

This place is amazing! Setting an appointment was very easy, and Leo was an amazing help! He got me into the car that i wanted and at a good price as a first time car owner! He was very polite and noting but helpful the entire time, he was very welcoming to my family as well! He was also very patient with the whole process and I didn’t feel rushed to make any decisions! I drove to Reno for my most recent vehicle purchase and am really happy that I did. First off, the dealership is new, and huge with a great selection. I was there on a Thursday and it looked like they had weekend foot traffic. My salesman, Brian Karsok Jr. did a great job handling all my requests via text and e-mail before I made the drive and was straight forward with the transaction from beginning to end. Amer in finance was cordial and patient with me as well as we went over all the numbers. The only slight I have is towards the 2 young guys that tried to sell the extra warranties. First, they tried to buddy me up by asking all the qualifying questions about my trade, driving habits, etc. I tired to save them the time of presenting the sales pitch, because I wasn’t interested. I was then told “we have to review your extra coverage options because we don’t want to get sued”. That’s a first. So, I sat there and kinda listened to the sales pitch and once they were done, I politely declined all extras. They rebutted my no with their own visions of what they thought was best for me and my purchase. I politely declined a second time and then they were on their way and not quite as friendly, when they were leaving, as they were when we first met. Just a piece of advice…the hard sales tactic doesn’t work on most and personally, it’s the quickest way for me to not even engage. The extras aren’t for everyone so accept that as a reality. Nothing personal, just business. All in all, still a 5 star experience. Thank you Corwin Ford!
