I ordered a new 2027 f350 reg cab diesel pickup from this dealership. I had other choices but the salesman was going to give me a good deal being I would have to get it shipped to nc. He really listened to what I needed in a vehicle, worked hard to accommodate my list, and was personable and responsive without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured. Do not buy from Corwin Ford. They buy auction cars and take trade-ins and hay They have no business taking and slap a for sale sign, and sell it to you after saying they’ve had it inspected. Within a day of purchasing my vehicle it had issues. Brought it to the local dealer near me to have it inspected turns out the rear shocks were blown. The rear differential coupler was bad, headlight out, and the internal screen needed to be replaced.

The salesman I worked with, Jay, is knowledgeable and very nice. He listened to what I needed and helped match me to potential options, considering my budget. I think the finance guy was getting a little frustrated, but I couldn't help but think of that show "Deal or No Deal" and he was the banker guy. So, it just kind of cracked me up. Best pricing I could find in town, a lot of options, and a very nice building. It's worth exploring your options here.
Was at the dealership to buy a ford ranger raptor. The salesman and I made an agreement to buy the truck! He came back with a price that was way over the asking price. Went back to his boss several times and his boss said absolutely not. Needless to say it was a terrible experience! Won’t ever buy from here.

The first was being overcharged for the batteries on our 2017 F-350 Lariat which after running that issue up the flag pull I was refunded $223. Had an absolutely stellar experience with Dan who runs service yesterday while getting my oil changed for the first time on my brand new all-wheel-drive Transit van that I use for Mobile Detailing. I wasn’t sure where to take it and I’m very glad that I did take it to Ford. He showed me all the pros and cons of the different types of oils and I’m really happy that I got it done there with them. Even when the initial truck I wanted was no longer available, he went above and beyond in finding close comparisons and make sure I was satisfied. Preston and the finance team broke down numerous options for me to make sure I stayed in the range I wanted as well.
